So I have been letting Tim handle all the money and we hit rock bottom and now he wants to know where all the money goes! Yay! He was like we need to start writing down everywhere we spend money (duh) But that is more him then me. I don't really spend that much money.

But I am glad something shocked him in to it. And I didn't nag him or anything. Trying to be a better wife.

I am doing ok on making a little side money I have joined some sites that pay me a little here and there . Its not a lot but every penny counts.

Now we are trying to plan a frugal 2nd anniversary (He worked and I was 9 months pregnant on our first) and a first Bday for Liz (She born 2 after our anniversary)

The good thing is we should be getting some money back from the IRS. Tim did his taxes online and he couldn't do the EIC so the sent us stuff in the mall so we are looking at least 1200 back!

Some things happened with my SIL so I am no longer working for my MIL. Thats sucks! I am looking for another job. But we have been doing ok. I know a budget takes time.

On other news Liz is almost a year. I need to think of ideas!

last week we paid our bills and had no money until payday. So I had to take the diapers that my MIL had so we would be ok. So me and my in laws went to dinner (their treat) and when shopping and bought all this stuff for Elizabeth!

I told mt MIL I should tell them we are broke more often lol.

But I got a new job working for my MIL. She had some changes in her job and can't home school her DD anymore. So that's what I do now. No more talking to people on the phone. I wonder how many of the saving advice people I have called in the past?

This is the 3rd budget I have made for me and my hubby and its like he doesn't care and then we scramble to pay bills and then he tells me to make a budget. Grrr On top of this I am not getting as many hours in at work and we don't have as much spending cash. I am going to try one more time. It just frustrates me!

I should post this in the forum as well but it is also a vent so here we go.

Lets start off with the fact that I work from home. I do Rcodes for a telemarkting group. Rcodes are getting a lot less and I am now working on my own access database just to make sure I can get 30 hours in a week. But I think they want to not pay for someone to do that now so I might be out of a job. I was bringing in 300 a week. Now My Hubby brings home 874.74 biweekly.

Thank god I breastfeed. That would be another 60+ a month. Now my parents who live with us pay half of all the household bills which help out alot. I just don't know what to do if I lose my job. I try to be frugal and not spend alot of money on extras. I just need some help and ideas! Please? I am going crazy thinking about it.

So I tried and have been trying to set up a budget but it is not working! We have all these bills dues on the 30th and the 1st and I don't know how we are even going to have a christmas! grrr Here are all our bills

At least my mom and dad pay me for half of all the house bills plus groceries so that helps.

Plus I am having issues with my job and who knows how long I will be keeping it.

Well me and my wonderful husband talked and decided we were going to start saving to have a nest egg. Yeah he thinks of this when our newborn is turning 5 months. But hey it works.

Today I didn't spend that much money. Now that I have my job back me and my mom went out to lunch. One of the reasons I love this women is when we go out we spilt everything! It is great so we had a huge lunch and dessert for a total of 14.91 with tip.

Plus I finalized our budget today. so we can have some spending cash. But most of it will be going to the car we got and our savings account!

Off to go save more money! My dad is taking me out to dinner!!

So this is my first blog. I have been on saving advice for some time but due to losing my job and at the same time getting a car, I am now trying to be a saving Nazi.

So I am going to use more coupons and freebies and all that good stuff to meet my saving goals!
